High performance short-mixing-axis, easily disassembled in order to perform cleaning once the works are finished.

Dosing axis which can be extracted in the same place as the former, without a need to disassemble any other element. Possibility to supply in different steps, to apply different dosing.
Material receipting hopper devised to be completely emptied, since the conveyor screw is adjusted to the lower side of the hopper.
Water system equipped with pump, galvanized piping, valves to regulate the flow and valves to drain, flow meter to visualize the current flow used at every moment, one-way valves, to keep the pump primed, and as a novelty, a dosimeter for additives or liquid colorings , which will allow us to modify the characteristics of final materials, thus being able to introduce water-repellents, airings, colorings, etc.
A complete impossibility for the material situated in the receipting hopper to get in contact with ball bearings or with the driving group itself.
Protection sack-tearing grids to avoid trappings.
Flow to be mixed, according to the screw flow: 1.400 - 2.800 litres.
Driving group largely dimensioned, equipped with a reducer, with a 2.2 Kw. Engine.
High quality electrical panel fitted with a general differential, protection for the pump engine and for the rest of components which might be associated with it (compressor, mixer, foam generator and automatisms)
To make the disassembling of the panel easier, in case of fault, all the elements, are connected to it by means of independent cases.
Manual transport system by means of handles and four rotating spinning wheels.
Finished in furnace dried paint.
Supplied with instruction manual, spares and guarantee.
